   4.1 Continue Committee review of the Mid-City Community Plan.  The plan is available on the internet at:

The Committee will begin working at Page 92 of the website version entitled “Economic Development Element”.  We will probably work through page 99, so this should be a short meeting.

5.  Adjournment.  The Committee will reconvene on November 16, 2009 at the time

    and place to be specified in the agenda.
