City Heights Area Planning Committee

Welcome to the webpage for the City Heights Area Planning Committee. Our meeetings are held on the first Monday of the month (Except September or unless its a holiday-then it's first Wednesday) at 6:30 PM at 4089 Fairmount Avenue.  Parking is available in the lot just south of the building.

The CHAPC is City Heights planning group and works with developers and City Planning Staff to insure that residents of City Heights have input on planning decisions in our community.

If called, the CHAPC ad hoc subcomittee meets on the third Monday of the month at 6:30 in the second floor meeting room of the MidCity Police station, 4310 Landis Street at Fairmount.
