Blanton House Tenants Association, Inc.(JOBHTA) will positively impact issues regarding Tenants Rights & Responsibilities, the health, safety and welfare of elderly and disabled persons throughout our community, support the provision of decent, safe and affordable housing for low-income, elderly and disabled persons, and to work toward the elimination of all forms of discrimination within the community.
