Welcome to Woodland Oaks!

Woodland Oaks Village is a deed-restricted community with 41 homes inside a gated neighborhood. Membership in the Woodland Oaks Village Home Owners' Association (HOA) is conveyed by deed to each lot within the community and encumbers all lots by the restricive covenants set forth in the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants and Conditions.

There is a general meeting of all HOA members in April of each year. A written notice of this meeting giving the date, time, and place is sent to each lot owner of record (as of March 1st) at least thirty days in advance.
