Welcome
Willow Creek Property Homeowner's Association is a residential community of over 200 individual homeowners. It is located on Lawrence Road with property being in both Granville and Wake Counties. The properties consist of mainly single or double wide mobile homes nestled in wooded lots of one acre plus. The roads off Lawrence Road are gravel roads and are maintained with annual road dues from each lot with a driveway connected to a graveled road. Protective Covenants attached to each property owner's deeds outline restrictions within the community. A Board of Director's oversees the direction of improvements within the community while providing homeowners a general sense of privacy and peace to utilize their property as they see fit within the confines of the Protective Covenants.
