Welcome

Welcome to the Upper Highlands.  It is bounded by Bardstown Road to the east, Watterson Expressway to the south, Newburg Road to the west and Dundee Road / Emerson Avenue to the north.  It has about 1,800 residences.  Businesses are concentrated along Bardstown Road and in the Nolan Building.  Schools are abundant, including one university.
