Welcome
Welcome to the Upper Highlands. It is bounded by Bardstown Road to the east, Watterson Expressway to the south, Newburg Road to the west and Dundee Road / Emerson Avenue to the north. There are approximately 1,800 residences. Businesses are concentrated along Bardstown Road and in the Nolan Building. Schools are abundant, including one university.

Sound Barrier
The sound barrier project has been delayed. Design and construction contract is now due to be completed Spring 2011.
