Centered between Hinesvilles' two main thoroughfares, Highway 196 and Highway 84, Shady Grove is a 23-acre park on Kelly Drive. When complete, it is expected to have 81 manufactured homes. Current as July 2009, Shady Grove has 47 rentals and over half are brand new 2009 models.
The fenced property consists of spacious lots and mostly threee bedroom two bath homes with some two bedroom one bath or two bedroom two bath units. Remote "clicker" controlled gates and an eleven camera monitoring system (scheduled late August) will make Shady Grove Hinesvilles' most secure park.
Rent includes water,sewer, garbage pickup, monthly pest control and lawn maintenance.
Shady Grove homes are all electric with central heat and air.
All Krebs Rentals' properties allow NO PETS.
