Welcome to the website for the South West Area Partnership (SWAP). The partnership is dedicated to supporting and strengthening neighborhood associations in the southwest quadrant of Fort Wayne. We act as a liasion between neighborhoods and city government and provide educational opportunities to members in their roles as neighborhood leaders.
