Welcome to PSNA
The PSNA is a community of people who are vested in their neighborhood. Many of our members serve as the cornerstone of the community in more ways than one.
Several have built some of the first homes to appaer in what is now Plaza Shamrock as well as starting the very first neighborhood association that this community has known.
This neighborhood is a growing community and there is a changing of the guard as we see an influx of new community members who are interested in what this location has to offer.
