Welcome to the neighborhood website for Overlook Point. The Overlook Point Condominium Association was formed in 1990. Overlook Point Condominium Association is a community of 24 unit located in Meriden, CT. The Board is seeking to improve our community and has built this website for the owners and residents of Overlook Point. It is the Boards goal to provide you with as much timely online information as possible regarding the HOA.
