Our community is located on the southwest side of Indianapolis just off of Kentucky Avenue (State Rd 67). There are 33 homes within our community. Kirkwood Estates Neighborhood Association is a voluntary association.

We ask that each property owner pay their annual dues by August 1 of each year. These dues help pay for insurance on our pond, More...
