Vinyl Siding Variance Modification to existing commitments

A Public Hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, December 2, 2009 at 1:00pm. in the Beurt SerVaas Public Assembly Room on the Second Floor of the City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Indianapolis, Indiana. At the hearing, The Metropolotan Development Commision will consider the following Modification of Commitments:

Modification of Commitments, related to 88-Z-97, to modify Commitment Three to legally establish additional exterior building materials, including vinyl siding, while otherwise obligating any future exterior improvments of the residence to the original Commitment Three.

All interested persons wishing to speak to this petition, either for or against, will be given an opportunity to be heard, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure. Written comments regarding this proposal may be filed with the Secretary of the Metropolitan Development Commision before the hearing at the above address and such comments will be considered.

Contacting the Hearing Examiner or any member of the Metropolitan Development Commision regarding a pending or future proposal is strictly PROHIBITIED by both the Ruels of Procurement and the Indiana State Statute in order to ensure a fair hearing.

Effective December 2, 2009, the Modification request was denied by the Metropolitan Development Commission.
