Jennifer Woods is a community of 18 homes located in the northeastern part of Charles County, Maryland off Route 228. The original homeowners settled between May 2001 and August 2002. The community consists of a variety of colonial style homes, ranging from approximately 1900 to 3000 square feet, each on about 1/3 acre of land. Visit the HOA website here.
