Frenchtown Woods is a deed-restricted community of homes & townhomes, just nestled west of Peoples Plaza, in Newark Delaware.
All residents of Frenchtown Woods are invited to attend the monthly meeting of the FTW Board of Directors. The meetings occur the second Thursday of every month in room 209 of the Glasgow Community Center.
Thinking of making any structural changes to the exterior of your home (including backyard fencing, decking, etc)? An approval from the FTW Board of Directors is required prior to any start of the project. Please contact Brandywine Valley Properties @ (302) 328-5248 to submit an architectural review.
