Elmhurst Neighborhood Council serves residents living in the area bordered by 82nd Avenue to 98th Avenue and Bancroft Avenue to International Boulevard.

 

The Elmhurst Neighborhood Council is made up of residents, business owners, and anyone concerned with improving the quality of life in this neighborhood. 

 

The Elmhurst Neighborhood Council is an independent organization and while we work with we are not funded or managed by the City of Oakland.
