We at Briargate Maintenance Corp. are dedicated to providing information and support to our residents as well as we can. We are a middle class, family oriented community.

The Corporation itself provides updates on county property ordinances, handles nuisance complaints, coordinates winter snow removal, provides community watch and strives to maintain a healthy standard of living for all residents.

We meet quarterly to discuss things going on in our community at the Bear Library.
