Briargate Maint Corp Is A Problem  The do Nothing but report there nieghbors constantly for the stupids little thing    They do nothing else for the nieghbor hood but cry and cry and cry If this was a goo Maint corp and really want to help the nieghbor hood they would ask people first  then if the issue was not resolved then have it report  But no  They hide behind there walls and call and report  and That is all thats in there news letter  Call and report your nieghbor  Please call and report your nieghbor  That will make you a good neighbor    Dam I'm pissed

I agree .This so called Maint.Corp, just want the money. If you ride the through the neigborhood at night, most of the lights are out. As for the community, their is none. This group of people( ????) are asking the neighbors to report everything to the county ar the polics. What kind of community are they tying to have? What they are trying to do, I nor my family will apart of it. If i have a problem with my neighbor i wll knock on his/her door. But according to Briargate they want me to call the police/county.As for the money, where does the money go? Do we pay for the gas for the county police to ride through, i know we're not paying for a place for the kids to play.Let's call the police /county?? how about helping the kids/elderly????I'm sorry, i'm talking about Briargate>

I think we just all need to be conscious & considerate of our neighbors.  Don't let your dogs run around with no leash.  Don't blast music out of your car or home stereo outside - not everyone likes everybody's music.  Clean up after your pets.  Don't hangout in the street - our streets are narrow enough already.

If someone parks on the street where you usually park, don't get stressed about it.  Is it really that important?  It's a public street & we don't have assigned spaces - parking on the street is really tight.  If you have to park a little further away from your front door, will it really inconvenience you?

I hate the ratting on your neighbor thing, unless it's a dangerous situation.  If the lawn in my backyard is too long, don't look at it.  It's got a privacy fence around it.  If it rains a lot, then expect that people's front lawns are going to get a little long, so don't rat on them.  Yeah, if you need a machete to get to their front door, it's a problem Laughing

I agree with not hanging out on the green electrical boxes.  People have gotten electrocuted on them.  Do you really want to take that chance with your kids?
