Who We Are

We at Briargate Maintenance Corp. are dedicated to providing information and support to our residents as well as we can. We are a middle class, family oriented community. The Corporation itself provides updates on county property ordinances, handles nuisance complaints, coordinates winter snow removal, provides community watch and strives to maintain a healthy standard of living for all residents. We meet quarterly to discuss things going on in our community at the Bear Library.

What You Can Do

Our residents are asked to work together as much as possible. What can you do to keep our community nice and tidy? Pick up any litter, report any trouble to the maintenance corp and or the authorities if needed.
