Welcome!
Bay Pointe is a picturesque village located within The Pointe Golf Resort at Lake Monroe. Our quiet village features a community pool and large gazebo area that is ideal for meeting your fellow neighbor. The village has five separate buildings with a total of 49 units. Each building hosts distinct views of the forest, lakeside, and/or surrounding hills.
Bay Pointe is conveniently located near Lake Monroe, Fairfax State Recreation Area, and is only 20 minutes from downtown Bloomington, Indiana. The Bay Pointe Co-owners' Association, Inc. is a non-profit association that is dedicated to maintaining our village, common areas and by-laws. We work hard to ensure our community is family friendly and a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy.
