Welcome to BLP!

Banks Lake Pointe (BLP) is a private community of 88 residential homes located half-way between Lakeland and Ray City, Georgia.

The community  has its own playground, swimming pool and a clubhouse.

BLP has an elected board of directors of the Home Owners Association (HOA) who prepare and oversee the budget and decide policy.

A set of restrictive covenants governs construction, maintenance, and general rules of the community through the HOA.
