Can I charge the city for 'storing' their blue garbage can?  I'm running out of room, and never asked for it.

I think they raised the rates $4.00 per month, but don't quote me on this.

Who can I call to get a smaller one? The size I have now will take 3 months to fill and I just don't have the room for it. I have backed into it twice already

I dont want the stupid thing.....that 4.00 per month will still buy me a gallon of gas ....for now anyway.......
