Welcome to Woodland Oaks HOA (Schertz, TX 78154)

Woodland Oaks (Deed Restricted Community) started out as Horseshoe Oaks but is now known by the assumed name "Woodland Oaks Homeowners Association, Inc. It was incorporated in 1984 by the developer as a mandatory membership association.
