Welcome Watch

Welcome Watch is a modern community watch program which encourages community members to be aware of their surroundings, and to immediately, without hesitation, report suspicious activity to law enforcement. In addition, these members will be encouraged to do more than just report activities; they will be encouraged to intelligently intervene and protect in situations where the police have yet to respond.
