Time is considered an asset in the West View Community. As a neighborhood, we are a cross section of old and new - the old being character, permanence, and history and the new being the promise and hope of a future. Our future is shaped by the residents that live here and their standard of living. As a community group, we want to set a high standard of living and encourage the residents to do the same.
