Village Gate in Mount Airy, Maryland

Village Gate is a homeowners association located in Mount Airy, Maryland.  The Village Gate development was constructed in 1990 and consists of one hundred forty-three (143) single family lots.  The community is known for its lovely colonial-style houses and for its well-planned amenities (sidewalks, walking paths, playgrounds, preserved natural areas, tennis courts, mature trees, and well-manicured common areas). Like most well-planned communities, Village Gate is administered by a management firm, an elected board of directors, and an architectural committee.
