Valleywood Subdivision, tract 221.20, in Whitehaven, was developed in January 1972.
The area includes: On the North: Butterworth, including its northeastern side, on the East: Autumnwood, including its eastern side, on the South:
Haverwood, including its Southern side, on the West: Whitworth, including its western side. Valleywood has 186 single-family homes located
within a one-mile radius of Southland Mall,Memphis' first Shopping Mall,WhitehavenElementary School,HavenviewMiddle School, and
Whitehaven High School, Interstate 55 Highway, Highway 51, six churches of various denominations and Havenview Park.
