The South Nashville community, located in south Nashville built in the early 2000s with 29 homes. South Nashville borders the Cumberland River to the north; Franklin Pike to its west; Antioch to its south and Briley Parkway to its East.

Its close proximity to I-65, Nashville International Airport, shopping malls, public libraries and the greater Nashville Metro area make it an extremely desirable place to live.
