Sunrise Knoll Townhomes consists of 144 individually owned Townhomes centrally located in Citrus Heights.

We are within walking distance of Sunrise Mall and Birdcage Mall. There are several different townhome models within the complex. The complex has a tennis court, basketball area, clubhouse and pool.
