We are a community of about 865 families located adjacent to north Dallas, in far northwest Garland and northeast Richardson, Texas. Our neighborhood is in an area well known for excellent Richardson schools, growing businesses, recreational opportunities, and friendly people. Located next to the highly rated Sherill Park Golf Course, the setting and environment of this neighborhood are unmatched in the North Texas region.
