Our Mission Statement

Neighborhood Watch Block Captain Association of San Bernardino

The purpose of the block captains association is to prevent the loss of life or loss of personal property. We will accomplish this by educating those involved and working as one to gather good information. We will support the efforts of our city leaders and our local law enforcement officers in the fight against crime.
