Welcome to our Homepage

We are located in fledgling, fast-growing, Avon, Indiana, west of Indianapolis. Reserve at Bridgewater is a small neighborhood of 89 homes with swimming pool and playground amenities. As a deed restricted development, we strive to maintain our home investment by managing consistent home and common grounds aesthetics.

We are close to schools, ball fields, and parks, yet far enough from the"haunted" train bridge and Avon High School Stadium to enjoy the distant roar.  The Reserve at Bridgewater is a safe and caring place to call home in a community full of opportunities for the whole family.
