Pineview Subdivision

The Pineview Subdivision is a quiet, rural community, approximately 10 miles south of Lexington, TN. It consists of about 100 homes on beautiful Pine Lake. The residents are friendly and are proud of their community. We have an active Homeowners Association which keeps the residents informed via Facebook, email, website, and a quarterly newsletter. Some of the activities held consist of the Annual Picnic, Spring & Fall Cleanups, Fundraisers, and Friday night tie-ups. During the nice weather months, residents get around in their golf carts. We have walkers, runners, and bike riders.

Pine Lake is one of seven lakes in Henderson County. It is a 500 acre lake and is managed and overseen by BRWDA and TVA. There is plenty of fishing, boating and swimming. The Pineview Subdivision hosts an annual July 4th Boat Parade and it is quite popular. There is plenty of wildlife in the area including home to several Bald Eagles.
