Welcome to Palm Cove!

Phase I began in 1989 (Island Palm Circle). There were approximately 7 custom home builders. Island Palm Circle presently has 27 homes. Builders Rob Reiche and Bill Silliman merged their businesses to build the remainder of the development.

Phase II is Sugar Palm Court, as well as 1200 and 1208 Palm Cove Drive, totaling 28 homes.

Phase III is the left side of Palm Cove Drive up to the orange grove and the remainder of Palm Cove Drive up to the A-V Road easement, as well as Lake Legro Court, totaling 30 homes. Read More...
