History

Phase I began in 1989 (Island Palm Circle). There were approximately 7 custom home builders. Island Palm Circle presently has 27 homes.

Builders Rob Reiche and Bill Silliman merged their businesses to build the remainder of the development.

Phase II is Sugar Palm Court, as well as 1200 and 1208 Palm Cove Drive, totaling 28 homes.

Phase III is the left side of Palm Cove Drive up to the orange grove and the remainder of Palm Cove Drive up to the A-V Road easement, as well as Lake Legro Court, totaling 30 homes.

Phase IV is Palm Cove Drive from the A-V Road easement to the end of the subdivision, totaling 33 homes.

Phase V consists of the four houses on Palm Cove Drive between the retention area and the orange grove.
