Welcome
Located on the southwest side of Longmont near Vance Brand Airport, this original section of MeadowView was built in 1994 by McStain Development, Inc.
Two other sections of MeadowView were built later, one to the north and the other to the northwest.
Conscious of the environment, McStain constructed 144 single family homes with ”built green” products (43 homes on the eastside, the remainder on the west side of Airport Road). This demonstrates some of the values this neighborhood supports.
