Welcome to the Historic McClaren Mill Lofts

Located in downtown Marietta, GA.   Originally built in 1911 as  the Marietta Knitting Company, it functioned until the mid 1960's as a knitting factory.  In the late 1990's the property was developed as high-end residential lofts.   With original maple floors, heart pine 14 foot ceilings, exposed brick and large windows, each of the 16 custom designed and built units convey a true loft appeal.
