This is the Matthews Plantation neighborhood. We have a very diverse mix of home styles, families of all ages, single professionals, & backgrounds. Our Neighborhood Watch here is strong. The elementary & middle schools our children attend are within less than one mile. The proximity of our neighborhood to the major highways such as Hwy. 316, 81, & 29 is a major asset to us also. You'll find a wonderful community of people that are willing to welcome you in here at Matthews Plantation!
