About Madrid and La Jolla Colony

Along the north bound side of Highway 5, the planned community of La Jolla Colony emerged during the 80’s.

Ten developments, green belts, open parks, jogging trails and tall trees encircle an area approximately 50 acres adjacent to the Rose Canyon Preserve.

Madrid is a development of 125 town homes, in classical San Diego Spanish style architecture. It’s best features are a lively pool area, green belts, lush landscapes, thoughtful site planning and spacious units.
