Welcome to Little Spring Farm!
Little Spring Farm is a Deed Restricted Community located in Southeastern Louisville Metro in the community of Fern Creek.
It is off of Bardstown Road and is approximately two and half miles southeast of the Gene Snyder Freeway.
We are a new 430 acre residential community.
We have many great amenities, such as a pool, tennis courts, and clubhouse. We have a walking trail and plenty of green spaces and most importantly, we have bunch of great neighbors. More...
