We are a small residential neighborhood with a Greek and German heritage the we still celebrate with our annual Oktoberfest. We are home to many ethnic restaurants, including delicious Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian and American food. Shopping is pleantiful and we hold an annual Summer Concert Series that is free to all.
