LeClaire Courts neighborhood is a small residential community of multi-family buildings, most built in the middle of the last century. There is talk of re-development of the area. The future may hold big changes. LeClaire Hearst Park provides baseball, basketball and a nice gym. The Community is just next to the Stevenson Expressway making commuting a breeze. There is an elementary school for the neighborhood children.
