Information About Lakeside Hills / Parc Charlene
Welcome to the Lakeside Hills / Parc Charlene sub-division.
This is a trust-indentured sub-division of 170 residents that are grouped in 10 areas. Each area has a an Area Coordinator to whom the residents of the area commnicate their concerns.
Three trustees provide for the care of the common ground and administer the business of the sub-division. The annual assessment of $100.00 is collected in December and administered by the City and village Tax Office.
The Annual Meeting is conducted on the first Saturday in May. An announcment of the anual meeting with a detailed agenda is distributed to each residence a month before the meeting.
