Welcome to Kirkwood! We are a 354 Home and Townhome Community. Our Community is less than 10 years old. You will see children on every street playing. Competition swimming pool. Association dues are only $300.00 yearly.

Our community is close to shopping centers, beach and schools. There are three schools Elementary, Middle and High that are within walking distance.
