Kevin Lucas is the manager of our neighborhood HOA and is a great resource for any question, comment or issue that you may have.
He is the owner of Foster Mgmt and can be reached at (303) 532-4148 and Kevin@FosterMgmt.net
He organizes, coordinates and manages all of the projects and on-going regular maintenance in addition to being the HOA expert regarding our CC&Rs and Policy & Procedures.
