We have a mandatory association. Various committees meet regularly to help improve/maintain the quality of our neighborhood. See the newsletter section for committee contacts. Participation is welcome.

The entrance to Hunters Mill is at the intersection of Thousand Oaks and Rowe Drive in Northeast San Antonio. The subdivision extends along Rowe Drive all the way to the Stone Ridge subdivision. There are 371 homes.
