In 1983, Southmark Corp.purchased this property and converted the property to a condominium.

During that time, Southmark completely rennovated the buildings and grounds. The units went up for sale and were purchased by individuals. The buyers formed the condominium association. By-laws were established and the rest is history.   Read More...
