Welcome to Hamlet CA!

The Hamlet Condominium Association (HCA) was incorporated pursuant to the Colorado Nonprofit Coporation Act at the Colorado Secretary of State's office on February 2, 1997.

At that time, because the new development was under construction, the principal office of the Association was the developer's location: c/o Bueno Development, LLC, 3000 South College Avenue, Suite 103, Fort Collins, Colorado 80525. David S. Brown of Bueno Development was appointed the initial registered agent of the Association.

As the development progressed toward completion, Hamlet owners were elected to the Board of Directors until there were a full complement of three Directors, as specified in the Association's Covenants, elected at the annual meeting in February of 2001.

On May 16, 2001, the HCA membership voted to increase the size of the Board to five Directors, and two more Directors were elected. As of June 1, 2001, control of the Association was formally turned over to its members to manage its ongoing business interests.
