WELCOME TO GWYNNS FALLS

Welcome to the Gwynns Falls Business and Homeowners Association website. Gwynns Falls is an up-and-coming neighborhood in Southwest Baltimore.  The neighborhood is home of the Southwest District Police Station and home to several community green spaces.

MISSION STATEMENT

Our community is made up of civic minded, responsible individuals and business people united in activism for the safety and enjoyment of our neighborhood and the surrounding areas.  We represent a return to civility and order.  We wish to be the voice for the neighborhood to help enforce existing regulations and implement revisions in areas where rules are flawed, ineffective or non-existent.  We strive to see families and businesses in this community working together supporting general community interests such as issues with the city's legislation, efforts designed to increase property values, and other long term goals for an improved quality of life and the beautification of our community.
