Fairfield Park is a 74-unit condominium association in Beavercreek, OH.  It is managed by Towne Properties and is located near I-675, Soin Medical Center, The Mall at Fairfield Commons, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, and Wright State University.

11/26/12: Notice for Residents and Homeowners:

Our tree contractor recently diagnosed a number of our trees with a fatal disease. The Board has approved the use of reserve funds to replace the dying trees. That's why you'll notice trees being replaced this week. We want to keep the grounds at Fairfield Park looking great!
