Welcome
My name is Samuel L. Mobley Sr., President of Eastern Heights Neighborhood Association and Crime Watch. Our meetings are at 4362 E. Osborne Avenue at Williams Park every third Thursday of the month. We have guest speakers each month and refreshments are served at each meeting. Everyone is invited!
